Snappy Pull-Start Pre-Filter Repair Kit for use with Outerwear®brand pull start prefilter. Genuine heavy duty adhesive VELCRO® brand fastener to replace your worn out or damaged Outerwear®brand VELCRO® brand fastener. Kit will work for two repair jobs.
VELCRO® is a registered trademark of Velcro Industries B.V. To apply, first remove all old velcro and adhesive. Clean with rubbing alcohol and dry the housing before appying new velcro. Cut the Velcro lengthwise into 2 long strips. Apply 1 strip of Velcro to the starter housing.
